No matter your age, fitness level, shape or size, you are absolutely welcome in this friendly weekly class that recognises students’ varying needs and abilities, helping you target YOUR goals and achieve success.

What to Wear

Comfortable clothing you can move freely and safely in such as leggings, shorts, tights, leotards, t-shirts or singlets, etc. You may wear bare feet, or ballet or jazz shoes if you prefer.
