About Technique, Skills, Tricks – Dance TST
Our Dance TST class is packed full of strength, flexibility and technique exercises, as well as learning all of the skills and tricks that are combined into a dance routine! This class will involve working on flexibility, muscle strengthening, and core strength in order to help improve your dance technique and tricks. Students will learn stunning tricks, skills, leaps and turns, focusing on the WOW factor of dance. This is a focused session where students have the chance to sharpen their technique and give themselves a winning edge.
What to Wear
Comfortable but form fitting clothing is best. Crop tops, singlets, tanks tops, form fitting t-shirts, leggings, jazz pants, boyleg shorts, etc. Bare feet are fine for this class.
