About Rachel Pattrick
Rachel has been dancing since six years of age, and currently holds her CSTD certificate and diploma in teaching (theatrical branch), as well as having completed Acrobatic Arts Module 1, a Certificate III in Children’s Services, and a Bachelor in Education (primary). Rachel is trained in modern jazz, tap dance, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, character dance and national dance, as well as chair, fan and cabaret/modern burlesque.
A passionate and hard-working choreographer, performer and instructor, Rachel has been extensively involved in dance competitions as both a choreographer and competitor; she believes dance is for all, regardless of their age, background, shape or size. Rachel’s favourite part of teaching dance is seeing students achieve goals they previously could not – seeing students’ hard work pay off is rewarding for students and teachers alike!
