I’d like to say thank you to WAPS staff for the end of year concert on Saturday and for all the hard work put in throughout the year, especially Miss Gina. Isabella has come a long way since the beginning of the year and built up confidence to do the concert. She had a great time and I couldn’t be prouder!
I just want to say what an incredible place WAPS is. It’s a truly magical haven where I not only feel I can be myself but better myself at the same time. As well as going from someone with next to zero dance experience to someone with growing skills that I’m so proud of, I have also grown so much personally this last twelve months and it is thanks to the incredible staff. I am so glad that not only I found dance but I found it at a place that has the most incredible staff and students. When you do something that is out of your comfort zone you want to be in an environment that makes you feel safe, secure and supported and that is exactly what you guys have here. Every time I come to dance I feel like I am with what family is supposed to be like and I love every minute of it. Dancing at DEX was an unforgettable experience that has taught me so much as a dancer and educator. To learn from some of my idols and perform on an international scale was incredible and the lessons learned and friends made will stay with me for a long time! Seeing the growing confidence and boost in skills of all WAPS dance team members has been fantastic and I can see the long-term benefits of the trip will be felt in the studio for years to come.
Grace always loves going to dance and is very passionate about it and absolutely loves being under your extremely talented guidance. The concert was amazing and you must be commended on your pieces. They were not only outstanding but stand outs! Well done Stella!
