I’d like to start this email by commending WAPS for the pro-active and innovative way you have managed the current COVID-19 situation we are experiencing – they way you were able to embrace and mobilize technology, and your excellent communications, to keep classes running has been really impressive. Sadly not all kids activities have managed to do this so as a parent now grappling with school and work at home, I am truly grateful and my daughter is loving her Zoom classes!

Dancing at DEX was an unforgettable experience that has taught me so much as a dancer and educator. To learn from some of my idols and perform on an international scale was incredible and the lessons learned and friends made will stay with me for a long time! Oscar, his friends and all the parents had the most amazing time, and it was all because of how great the Urban Grooves party was run! There were smiles for days in our household, rewatching videos of the dances they created and the games they all played! Kids birthday parties are stressful. Honestly yourself and WAPS not only made this the most memorable birthday party Oscar has ever had but by far the most enjoyable for everyone, siblings, friends, parents and of course the birthday boy!!

Dance in America is something that I believe you just have to experience to get a real appreciation for this art. By getting to be a part of the tour, it truly opened my eyes to just what I can be capable of, even if I am of a non traditional age to be dancing and learning new skills. It helped me form new dreams, and to me, that alone makes the whole experience so worth it.
