We wanted to say thank you to all of the teachers and assistants who have taught her so much over the last couple of years. She has really grown in her skill level and confidence, and I am very grateful for all the time taken for her, and also the faith that has been put in her abilities by her teachers. WAPS is an amazing dance school, and provided her with many opportunities that she would never have had otherwise.

I’d like to say thank you to WAPS staff for the end of year concert on Saturday and for all the hard work put in throughout the year, especially Miss Gina. Isabella has come a long way since the beginning of the year and built up confidence to do the concert. She had a great time and I couldn’t be prouder!

Just wanted to firstly say thank you very much for teaching Ava singing this last term, it’s emphasized the fact that she likes doing it. I think we would be in deep dark depression if we couldn’t continue with dancing during COVID-19 lockdown.  It’s so important for the girls to continue to have this creative outlet as everything else seems to have “closed up” for undetermined lengths of time.  We look forward to our weekly interactions and hope to see your smiling faces in person again soon!

Dance in America is something that I believe you just have to experience to get a real appreciation for this art. By getting to be a part of the tour, it truly opened my eyes to just what I can be capable of, even if I am of a non traditional age to be dancing and learning new skills. It helped me form new dreams, and to me, that alone makes the whole experience so worth it.

My daughter always enjoys the drama class and comes home with big smiles every Tuesday. Thank you and the teachers for the teaching, encouragement and great opportunities. I can’t wait to see the performance in December.

Something I learned from an older dancer was that it’s ok to be unsure. Some of the dancers who inspired me most today were the adults from WAPS because I hope I can come to Dance Excellence every year til I’m that age. After our IPB performance, I felt accomplished but also sad that it was over!
