I’d like to start this email by commending WAPS for the pro-active and innovative way you have managed the current COVID-19 situation we are experiencing – they way you were able to embrace and mobilize technology, and your excellent communications, to keep classes running has been really impressive. Sadly not all kids activities have managed to do this so as a parent now grappling with school and work at home, I am truly grateful and my daughter is loving her Zoom classes!

Something I learned from an older dancer was that it’s ok to be unsure. Some of the dancers who inspired me most today were the adults from WAPS because I hope I can come to Dance Excellence every year til I’m that age. After our IPB performance, I felt accomplished but also sad that it was over!

Just wanted to say thank you for attending the Chilli Fest – the ladies were great! They looked awesome and had so much fun having photos, dancing and providing atmosphere at the festival (even helping out at the chilli eating comp!)

She had a great time on Saturday night, it was great to see her back on stage, after 3 very long years of illness. Definitely made our end of year, very special ? Maddy has thoroughly enjoyed dancing this year, especially her ballet! Your teaching and encouragement has really helped her learn and improve as a dancer. She is really looking forward to next year!

I think we would be in deep dark depression if we couldn’t continue with dancing during COVID-19 lockdown.  It’s so important for the girls to continue to have this creative outlet as everything else seems to have “closed up” for undetermined lengths of time.  We look forward to our weekly interactions and hope to see your smiling faces in person again soon!
