Led by the amazing Michelle, all the way from Canada , this class is designed to help dancers of all levels improve their strength, flexibility, and overall performance.

- Conditioning to improve stamina and prevent injuries
- Expert guidance from an experienced instructor
Whether you’re looking to nail that challenging move, prevent injuries, or simply enhance your dance technique, this class is for you!
What to Wear
Fitted top and bottoms preferred (sports top, leotard, tank top, ¾ or full length leggings or boy leg shorts). Bare feet or socks are fine. Please bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and a yoga mat – you can hire one from reception for $2.00.
