I was so proud of how Ruby embraced every minute of the dance and seeing her dance back here (our weekly Wednesday Dalwallinu dance has started) her confidence, composure and projection to the (imaginary) audience (in our lounge room) has made a progressive jump disproportionate to normal development.

I am so glad that not only I found dance but I found it at a place that has the most incredible staff and students. When you do something that is out of your comfort zone you want to be in an environment that makes you feel safe, secure and supported and that is exactly what you guys have here. My daughter and I are so happy to have found this school. The teachers and staff are wonderful and genuinely caring, from the very first day we walked through the doors to now (a good 2 years later!!) The only school we’ve come across where not just another number!
I think we would be in deep dark depression if we couldn’t continue with dancing during COVID-19 lockdown. It’s so important for the girls to continue to have this creative outlet as everything else seems to have “closed up” for undetermined lengths of time. We look forward to our weekly interactions and hope to see your smiling faces in person again soon!
Something I learned from an older dancer was that it’s ok to be unsure. Some of the dancers who inspired me most today were the adults from WAPS because I hope I can come to Dance Excellence every year til I’m that age. After our IPB performance, I felt accomplished but also sad that it was over!
I have been very impressed and happy that she’s settled in and really loving it. She really likes you and your teaching as well so thanks for being so enthusiastic and attentive, she’s very comfortable with you.
I’d like to say thank you to WAPS staff for the end of year concert on Saturday and for all the hard work put in throughout the year, especially Miss Gina. Isabella has come a long way since the beginning of the year and built up confidence to do the concert. She had a great time and I couldn’t be prouder!
I want to say that your teachers are fantastic. Not only are they great at the choreography, dance technique and conveying across to the class how the movement is to look and feel but they are also beautiful people who really actually care about their students – I love their classes – I have so much fun in them and am looking forward to returning back to class hopefully term 1 next year.
