The best thing I achieved as a dancer on this trip was multiple turns. And it made me realise dance is something I want to do for the rest of my life. An instructor who really inspired me was Heidi Jarrett because she is always happy and energetic, even when she makes a mistake she just smiles. One of my favourite masterclasses was African Dance because it was very different to something I would usually do.

I just want to say what an incredible place WAPS is. It’s a truly magical haven where I not only feel I can be myself but better myself at the same time. As well as going from someone with next to zero dance experience to someone with growing skills that I’m so proud of, I have also grown so much personally this last twelve months and it is thanks to the incredible staff. We wanted to say thank you to all of the teachers and assistants who have taught her so much over the last couple of years. She has really grown in her skill level and confidence, and I am very grateful for all the time taken for her, and also the faith that has been put in her abilities by her teachers. WAPS is an amazing dance school, and provided her with many opportunities that she would never have had otherwise.
