I’d like to start this email by commending WAPS for the pro-active and innovative way you have managed the current COVID-19 situation we are experiencing – they way you were able to embrace and mobilize technology, and your excellent communications, to keep classes running has been really impressive. Sadly not all kids activities have managed to do this so as a parent now grappling with school and work at home, I am truly grateful and my daughter is loving her Zoom classes!

Something I’ve learned at DEX that I would not have experienced if I’d not attended, were lots more skills, and the experience of travelling on my own for the very first time! I achieved more dance skills and got more confident at meeting new people. It was fun exploring Disneyland Hollywood and Starbucks. From my Master Instructors, I learned to smile whilst dancing, show expression, give it your all, believe in yourself, and don’t care what anyone else thinks.

I just want to say what an incredible place WAPS is. It’s a truly magical haven where I not only feel I can be myself but better myself at the same time. I think we would be in deep dark depression if we couldn’t continue with dancing during COVID-19 lockdown.  It’s so important for the girls to continue to have this creative outlet as everything else seems to have “closed up” for undetermined lengths of time.  We look forward to our weekly interactions and hope to see your smiling faces in person again soon!

I have nothing but positive comments! WAPS has an amazing vibe and classes were fun and I always left feeling happy and accomplished! I used to get very shy about the thought of attending dance classes but WAPS was such a judgement free zone it made me feel comfy and able to enjoy myself!
