The best thing I achieved as a dancer on this trip was multiple turns. And it made me realise dance is something I want to do for the rest of my life. An instructor who really inspired me was Heidi Jarrett because she is always happy and energetic, even when she makes a mistake she just smiles. One of my favourite masterclasses was African Dance because it was very different to something I would usually do.

I am so glad that not only I found dance but I found it at a place that has the most incredible staff and students. When you do something that is out of your comfort zone you want to be in an environment that makes you feel safe, secure and supported and that is exactly what you guys have here. Thank you Isabel for facilitating my daughter to trial both cheerleading and acro. Her teachers were so gorgeous as she gets super anxious, and she was armed with many questions that her teachers answered with grace! We are so grateful.

I want to say that your teachers are fantastic. Not only are they great at the choreography, dance technique and conveying across to the class how the movement is to look and feel but they are also beautiful people who really actually care about their students – I love their classes – I have so much fun in them and am looking forward to returning back to class hopefully term 1 next year.

I just want to say what an incredible place WAPS is. It’s a truly magical haven where I not only feel I can be myself but better myself at the same time. She had a great time on Saturday night, it was great to see her back on stage, after 3 very long years of illness. Definitely made our end of year, very special ? I would just like to thank Miss Emily, for being such a gorgeous teacher to the girls!!! She is really excited about coming back in 2017.
Parent feedback on end of year concert
We wanted to say thank you to all of the teachers and assistants who have taught her so much over the last couple of years. She has really grown in her skill level and confidence, and I am very grateful for all the time taken for her, and also the faith that has been put in her abilities by her teachers. WAPS is an amazing dance school, and provided her with many opportunities that she would never have had otherwise.
