Dance in America is something that I believe you just have to experience to get a real appreciation for this art. By getting to be a part of the tour, it truly opened my eyes to just what I can be capable of, even if I am of a non traditional age to be dancing and learning new skills. Dancing at DEX was an unforgettable experience that has taught me so much as a dancer and educator. To learn from some of my idols and perform on an international scale was incredible and the lessons learned and friends made will stay with me for a long time! I would also like to say big thank you to all the WAPS team for the effort to teach the kids and organise the concert. It was amazing!!! Your work is invaluable. My Tiny Ballerina really liked the time spent at rehearsals and backstage. And she really loved participating in this gorgeous concert.
