She really enjoyed the classes and I want to thank the instructors for their care for the kids. We were only with your school for a term though we were made very welcome and my daughter had a lovely time. When we move back to Perth in a few years I’ll be sure to look at re-enrolling her.

The best thing I achieved as a dancer on this trip was multiple turns. And it made me realise dance is something I want to do for the rest of my life. An instructor who really inspired me was Heidi Jarrett because she is always happy and energetic, even when she makes a mistake she just smiles. One of my favourite masterclasses was African Dance because it was very different to something I would usually do.

I’d like to say thank you to WAPS staff for the end of year concert on Saturday and for all the hard work put in throughout the year, especially Miss Gina. I am so glad that not only I found dance but I found it at a place that has the most incredible staff and students. When you do something that is out of your comfort zone you want to be in an environment that makes you feel safe, secure and supported and that is exactly what you guys have here. Thank you so much for providing the virtual classes during COVID-19 lockdown… It not only provides an activity for our children  but a way to maintain some sense of normality and routine in this unsettling time. Dancing at DEX was an unforgettable experience that has taught me so much as a dancer and educator. To learn from some of my idols and perform on an international scale was incredible and the lessons learned and friends made will stay with me for a long time! Seeing the growing confidence and boost in skills of all WAPS dance team members has been fantastic and I can see the long-term benefits of the trip will be felt in the studio for years to come.
