Something I learned from an older dancer was that it’s ok to be unsure. Some of the dancers who inspired me most today were the adults from WAPS because I hope I can come to Dance Excellence every year til I’m that age. After our IPB performance, I felt accomplished but also sad that it was over!

We wanted to say thank you to all of the teachers and assistants who have taught her so much over the last couple of years. She has really grown in her skill level and confidence, and I am very grateful for all the time taken for her, and also the faith that has been put in her abilities by her teachers. I was so proud of how Ruby embraced every minute of the dance and seeing her dance back here (our weekly Wednesday Dalwallinu dance has started) her confidence, composure and projection to the (imaginary) audience (in our lounge room) has made a progressive jump disproportionate to normal development.
