Pointe – Strength & Condition
About Pointe (RAD Grade 5)
This class is for those dancers wishing to strengthen and condition their legs, ankles and feet with the aim to dance en pointe. Pointe is the very graceful Classical Ballet art of dancing on the very tip of your toes in pointe shoes, however requires great training beforehand to ensure a dancer’s feet can withstand the pressure. Pointe technique is combined with our RAD Grade 5 Class.
What to Wear
Comfortable but form fitting clothing is best. Crop tops, singlets, tanks tops, form fitting t-shirts, leggings, jazz pants, boyleg shorts, etc. Pointe shoes required.
